DACA Document Preparation Services

Helping Dreamers with DACA applications and renewals

Schedule Free Consultation

Quick answer

DACA document preparation helps current recipients organize renewal Forms I-821D, I-765, I-765WS, identity records, prior approval notices, and timing reminders. USCIS currently accepts initial DACA requests but cannot adjudicate them under court orders, so first-time strategy should be reviewed with a licensed immigration attorney.

DACA document support we can organize

Renewal packet records

We help organize current form versions, prior DACA and EAD cards, receipt or approval notices, address history, and any new criminal or removal records that need attorney review.

Current request posture

Renewal requests can still be prepared for USCIS review. Initial requests may be accepted but are court-limited, so applicants should confirm the current USCIS DACA page before relying on a filing plan.

Work authorization planning

We help match I-765 and I-765WS details, check the current fee source, and build renewal reminders around the USCIS recommended 150 to 120 day filing period.

Supporting DACA Recipients

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) provides temporary relief from deportation and work authorization for eligible individuals who came to the United States as children. At SoCal Immigration Services, we help current DACA recipients prepare renewal records accurately and organize first-time request records only under the current USCIS court-limited posture.

Important DACA Information

DACA policies change frequently. We strongly recommend consulting with an immigration attorney about your specific situation. We provide document preparation services only.

  • • DACA must be renewed every two years

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I renew my DACA?

USCIS strongly encourages filing during the 150 to 120 day period before your current DACA expires. Do not wait until it expires.

Can new applicants apply for DACA?

USCIS may accept initial DACA requests, but current court orders prevent adjudication. Review the current USCIS DACA page and speak with a licensed immigration attorney before relying on any first-time filing plan.

Can I travel with DACA?

Travel outside the U.S. requires Advance Parole, which is only granted in limited circumstances. Leaving without Advance Parole may prevent you from returning.

What happens if my DACA expires?

You will lose work authorization and deferred action protection. It's critical to renew on time.
