File within the 90-day window before your conditional green card expires
Copy of conditional Permanent Resident Card (front and back)
Two passport-style photographs (2x2 inches)

Joint bank account statements (last 2 years)
Show regular joint transactions and shared financial responsibility
Joint lease or mortgage agreement with both names
Utility bills in both names or showing shared address
Joint insurance policies (health, auto, life, renters)
Birth certificates of children born during the marriage
Joint tax returns filed during conditional residency period
Filing separately? Include both returns with explanation
Photographs together throughout the marriage (with dates)
Affidavits from friends and family attesting to the genuine relationship
Include affiant's full name, address, and relationship to the couple

Divorce decree or annulment order (if marriage ended)
Evidence of good faith marriage (same as joint filing evidence above)
Even stronger evidence is needed when filing a waiver
Evidence of extreme hardship or abuse (if applicable)
Police reports, restraining orders, medical records, shelter documentation
Personal declaration explaining circumstances of marriage and separation
